2nd Floor Bathroom Venting

We have mold moisture concerns in the back rooms of the house.

Can i vent the washer double sink tub and shower into the 4 main stack but drain and tie in those four components into a 2 drain that also exists in my basement but is not vented. But let me make sure i am clear on something. I have one bathroom in the house on the second floor i am remodeling and have come across some plumbing issues in the process.
